Final pricing and payment details will be shared upon approval. Typical ranges are below to help you plan. Multi-date bookings and returning vendors may receive preferred pricing.
Product vendors: starting around $35 per market day
Arts & crafts vendors: starting around $35 per market day
Food trucks: starting around $99 per market day (space + access considerations)
Discounts for booking multiple dates when available
Your vendor fee includes: reserved space, event marketing, on-site management, and access to a growing local audience at Chimney Hill Shopping Center.

How are vendors selected?
We review each application to ensure a strong mix of categories, quality, and price points. We look at your product photos, brand presentation, and how you fit with the overall experience at The Lot Market. If we’re unable to accommodate you for certain dates, we may still keep you on file for future markets.
Do I need my own tent, tables, and equipment?
Yes. Vendors are responsible for bringing all display materials, including tents, tables, racks, and lighting if needed. Tents must be properly weighted, and any additional equipment such as generators must be approved in advance.
